• Electrical components (motors, control systems): 1 year
• Upholstery, padding, cosmetic surfaces: Not covered under warranty

During the warranty period, MT Chiropractic will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part found to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects.

Estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 working days. Seasonal workloads, road conditions, or weather factors—especially in winter—may affect timelines. If you require delivery by a specific date, please inform us in advance.

We only accept orders when we can meet the agreed schedule, and customers confirm our delivery timeframe. To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders early if you have a strict deadline. Additionally, due to health and safety regulations, drivers are not permitted to carry palletised items inside. Our delivery responsibility extends only to the client’s door.
